Ausdal Financial Partners is registered in 50 States.
Our home office is in Davenport, Iowa. We also have offices in Suburban Chicagoland. Ausdal Financial Partners serves registered representatives nationwide.
At present Ausdal is owned by a number of individuals with the Ausdal family owning the largest share and no one possessing more than 25% of the firms stock. Our goal is insure that Ausdal remains a viable, profitable
independent firm for many years to come.
At present, Ausdal serves about 250 registered representatives. We have plans to grow significantly in the coming years but will remain a relationship-driven, "boutique" firm.
Ausdal clears our trades through Pershing LLC, an affiliate of the Bank of New York Mellon. However, our registered investment advisors are able to clear through their choice of Pershing, TD Ameritrade or Charles Schwab.
Ausdal embraces the hybrid advisor. We offer an in house registered investment advisory that supports fee planning, third party managers and rep driven models. We also welcome financial professionals with their own RIAs.
Ausdal’s insurance division supports all manner of fixed products and insurance with several strong insurance general agency relationships and a cache of industry leading products. While many of our associates have found this quite valuable, we do not mandate that you use it.
Ausdal is unique in that we don’t just allow private placements, we have a highly qualified private equity department that actively identifies and develops private offerings. Ausdal will also act as a placement agent when the right opportunity presents itself.
FEES AND EXPENSES
The registered representative is responsible for: B/D Fees ($400/year +$50/month), State licensing and registration as needed, and Ausdal Errors and Omissions insurance (approx $2,000/year).
Ausdal payouts are as generous as any in the industry. There are no retro-active payouts or adjustments based on production or rolling averages. We try to avoid rigid adherence to a single grid. Instead we try to determine a payout that is appropriate based upon your specific practice.
We recognize that there are many factors that can impact a financial professionals production and it is our responsibility to support our representatives, not pressure them with quotas or sales requirements. With that in mind however, we strive for a minimum production of $50,000 GDC per representative.
